The bearings will have to be brayed out. You have to move the spacer off to one side so that you can get to the back side of the bearing with a punch by sticking the punch through the axle hole. The bearings are not meant to be removed and reused, if that's what your thinking. The only time you remove the bearings is when the need replacing in which case it doesn't matter if they get damaged.

cheers felix fortunately , the wheels i am buying have them in already Thank god i don’t have to take them out.

did try but could not get them to shift
