Qualified third, finished the race second having at one point ridden around the outside of Aarron Yates into turn one, on his second visit to the circuit. Yeah, lucky I bet Miguel Duhamel is wishing he had been that lucky.
Hodgson was brilliant. Was slowly edging Miladin back and given a full 25 laps would probably of caught him up. Last few laps I think he accepted he was going to be second and didn't push.
Daytona is a misfit round and I think Miladin will have some competition in Hodgeson this year at the other circuits. Looking at last year for Eric on 999, he was consistenly 5th, 6th & 7th with 2 2nd places and 1 1st place. If Hodgson gets the circuits right he will be in contention for the AMA championship.
