No 749 models for 2007?

Just been looking at the Ducati website and under the 2007 model range there's no mention of the 749 in any shape or form.

Have they been discontinued?

I thought i'd noticed that.

It would be good if they could give it a edgy update for 2007 and make it a totally seperate model from the 1098 "look". maybe oik it up to 850 or 851 as someone mentioned elsewhere.

if they have discontinued it then surely our second hand values can only go up, surely an imminent classic

I could be very tempted by a 749R.....that will be one well sought after bike in the future, as well as a peach to ride
