Hey Jasp.

Hope it goes well.

Paul did my R6 a few weeks ago and got it running bob on with a lovely power curve and 104.95 bhp at the rear wheel with a standard engine and an end can so he can work miracles

He seems to know his stuff and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Hope you get what you expect out of it mate.

That's about 4 bhp more than my 82 katana 1000.

Your r6 may steer slightly quicker however. The words supertanker and katana are occassionally mentioned in the same sentence

Well,it didn't blow up!!But God,did it sound like it was going to!!I will publish charts tomorrow.I now have 115hp/62 lbs/ft torque

Hard to say if there is an improvement,as i never had it dynoed without the spaghetti.

It went from 112 to 115 with the power commander, and the fueling is now spot on.I haven't ridden it yet,so don't know what it FEELS like!!

Tell me if I'm wrong but it now looks like you've got a decent amount of torque from 2000 rpm whereas before it was from 3000 rpm. That should make a difference to the ride straight away. For me that's the whole point of ducati ownership, rather than having to rev the bikes nuts off.

That looks like a VERY healthy power curve, Jasp. Just bring it by and I'll be happy to take it for a ride and tell you what she feeeeeeeeels like.

Nice one mate, you must be pleased.

So is your bike just a starndard sp5,your own exhaust +power comm' or have you tuned the motor any further? This is a serious question,as my '92 strada 916 crank, pankl rods,v2 604 cams(996 sps),54mm throttle bodies heads flowed to match, alloy timming wheels.flywheel, mpl tit' slipper clutch and full 50mm high rise system goes to Moto rapido's dyno this saturday.I'm aiming for similar power to an sp5 but at lower revs,in the hope of keeping the motor in one piece. If i am disapionted i have 900 crank, titaniam?rods sp5 heads with 35mm inlet valves and full carbon inlet/airbox waiting the wings, also 54mm twin injector system. yours Steve R .
