Mood: happily being grumpy
shock change will it fit ?

Got a 749 2003 model grey swingarm it has a Sachs shock fitted which is reasonable but I have the chance to buy a used Showa which I beleive is a better shock from a 749 is it a straight swap ?

Should be
I think they are both 305mm eye to eye and the width of the fixing eyes is around 22mm
