Stuff I should do between races

Evening

How often should I change oil and filter? (and any recommendations for oil and filter I should use?)

Is there any thing else that I should do between races?

I changed oil and filter every other race. But I'm running expensive stuff now so it will be when I feel like it ought to have some.

Give me a shout when you do the next oil change, and I will run you through it.
