But it is home made , you can just see the very fine pin sticking out at dead centre !

I got fed up trying to measure the rear ride height to the centre of the wheel spindle , so now you just pop this in & put the steel rule on the pin to get centre , makes things a bit simpler

Got a couple very similar, have marked the centre point but OD is 40 mm so just measure from there and add 20mm.
