Nice. Did they come with the gold mesh or is their a small hole in your fireplace guard?

Just got some myself and was thinking of copy... sorry, modifying in my own personal style in the same ... sorry again, similar way. Looking to make some oil cooler and rad covers in the same stuff. Just got to work out a good way to fit them. How is your mesh attached?

BTW, haven't forgotten your CD.

Looks good.
But isn't a "guard" for anything in carbon a bit chocolate-fireguard-ish?

Sod off Simon..im copyrighting that idea...!..yep..good old fashioned DIY anodised mesh. With my old bieks I used to use epoxy resin but I just use silicone bathroom sealant now..just as good..!

Im working on the rad/oil cooler guards as we speak..rads straight forward..its just the oil cooler that needs some thought.

MInd you for a man of your means mate have you checked out the moto corse titanium rad/oil cooler guards ? Very trick indeedy (and mucho dosho!)..link is for 9** but they do S4R jobs..

My funds are being channelled into the Translogic / FIM direction at the moment so looking to do a few DIY jobs to save a few pennies. Also been tempted by some SPS cams - don't know what they do but they sound good (and expensive).

How much are those mesh things then - at least £100 I bet - for a bit of chicken wire - now even I could knock up a rad guard (I think). I wonder how long it will before Farmer Giles notices his chickens have escaped through that new hole in his fence ?

Nice one Natty. Shame the fans are still visible. I have Simons old ones and they look great. Looking for CF belly pan now.

How do I stop this addiction of CF

I like the look of those, you doing a group buy Nat
I've put some mesh in front of my oil cooler and rad to try to protect it, not overly obvious as photo proves
