I'm waiting to see what WJB wants to do-the mighty Wee Beastie WILL be on track-there's just no decision yet on who is riding her. After her performance at Snetterton I'm thinking of painting an RSVR Aprillia on the side with a line through it-you know like they used to do on the side of Spitfires-what do you reckon??
In fact I'm just off out to the garage to start stripping her down ready for a rebuild............

Well - judging from this post and WJB's post above it seems that WJB is racing the TZ then? Or aren't you two talking at the moment?

There's a '95 TZ in MCN at the moment ...

I think I will stick with td's. I know I'm probabley missing something great, but I really like to do a couple of spanish td's a year. I don't mind telling you that I hate the rain and the cold, so at least with a td I'm not under pressure to go out. Maybe the urge will get to me watching you guys next year. All the best for the new season.

Hey guys, guys.....big up to you all goin racing. I hope y'all do well, but one word of advice, I raced New Era superclub for 5 years and I am still paying off 25,000 (count 'em) English pounds worth of debt on credit cards. Its a slippery slope once you get started aaaarrrrggghhhhhh......

Would love to have a go, but just know that I'm nowhere near good enough. Maybe I'll be joining Jon on his Spanish track days.

25 Grand!?!?! Oh, dear! I've got one simple rule: If I don't have the cash to pay, I don't race. I hope I'll be able to stick to it and keep some traction on that slippery slope.

Well, I know I won't be at every round (as much as I'd like to), so I expect you to be well ahead come Croft. I suppose Chunk will sit that one out, eh?

Hope to be back at the top of the slope by the new year then slowly start to slide back down it from March to October next year.
As it stands I currently have the options of the 600 class again with either my R6 or the newer and faster Gixer if I can't find a buyer for it.
The 400 class for the 1st time on my ZXR400, still needs a few bits but slowly getting there.
Or the SoT on either the 916 or 748 (if it isn't sold) in which case I may chuck the 955 Engine in it for some much needed top end speed.
Also considering the Desmo Due 600 if one of the other bikes sell or if I can add a large plateau to the top of the slippery slope so I'm a long way from the edge.

Mood: excited about the changes made to averysmotorcycles.co.uk that are coming up
im toying with going racing in the desmo due class although im getting put off by people talkinga bout all the extar's like ohlins this n that, twin disks and bits like tyre warmers. i though it was going to be more basic that that so it will be money allowing before i so it and if it goes ahead.

have hopefully found a buyer for the rvf so that free's up some money for my monster and racing budget so hopefully i'll have my orange bib on
