We should be free to source our most excellent Pirelli tyres from anywhere.

So long as they are Diablo's ( not corse) then it matters to no-one where we get them from and it should not matter either. Even if the tyres were offered by a certain supplier at £50 a pair it should still be a free choice!

PSSSST you weren't supposed to mention that I'd got you all them tyres at £50 a pair !!!

It's a great deal for those who wish to sign up for it.
But I'm wondering why one persons gain should be my loss?

There are already better deals being offered without obligation or threat of losing points, and are open to any entrant who want to take advantage - I'm confused as to what benefit the proposal offers the riders, the club or the series

so if some one didn't have a name wrote on their tyre even if it is the right sort of tyre, and they went out and won every race. not only would they not win the season they would not even have any points

no i must have misunderstood?
if some one did that.....
or if a certain percentage did it, the whole race series would be turned into a farce!!

Glyn you are a jolly nice chappie and a fellow ST rider but was that comment based on having read the email that was sent round to all the DD riders ?

Maybe we've gone too far in trying to help the riders ?.

Maybe we've got the same chance of pleasing people as a one legged man has of winning an arse kicking competition ?.

I'm off to bed, spent half of today on DSC stuff and to be honest I sometimes wonder why we bother.
