Will check what MY year bike is as although registered in 2000 may be a 1999. On a couple of sites there were different pads for -99 and 00-

Ozz the easy way to spot the difference is the early calipers only have one central mounting pin with the later calipers having two pins.
The early calipers with only one pin for the pads also use a 40mm bolt spacing where they mount to the fork leg with the later ones having a 65mm spacing.

I have never tried these armstrong ones so can't recommend them as I only recommend stuff I have tried and would use myself

ozz, I just looked at the pics you put up when you first got it, 40mm mount early caliper so should have the single pin and either those EBC pads or the Brembo ones would suit

Kev you are a marvel. I will check the number of pins tonight.

If it is the early brake then must be a late 1999 bike. HPI states it as a MY2000.....

Paul,

Ducati are terrible for mixing and matching with parts that they have left over or in stock at the time, so don't judge the year by the parts it has. It may also have been a 1999 bike that sat in a showroom for a few months before being registered, so would show up as a yr2000 bike (but not a MY2000).

Its a bitsa! I always seem to buy vehicles which are right on the year they change slightly so end up having to work out which bits fit!!

Thats how it looks, just had a look at the Monster Dark MY2000 parts catalogue and it shows tha later forks and calipers

Looks like you have a complete early chassis with the later engine, so don't try fitting the 675 kit
