Ride Height Adjuster

Is it common for the rose joint threads to seize solid in the ride height adjuster, so much so that it will probably never come out no matter what you do?

Cheers

Not an uncommon problem. I've managed to free a few but also had one or two strip the thread out of the alloy bar
