Just found this?!? What is it from?!?

Just found this on my magnetic drain plug. What's snapped inside my engine then.

Never seen a collet like that before, been working on landrover and tanks for past 12 years tho. Best check they are all in before next meeting then. But would have thought if 1 had popped the other side would have gone too and dropped a valve. And senna! Com on me over rev, if she has dropped a collet it was probably due to that race, the old girl have you a run for ya money lol.

Can't imagine how that got there! Its a half ring that holds a valve in, I would check all your valves, can't see that it got there through an oil way though?
