Mr Hind phoned me in a panic over the weekend as his Hyper was giving an "IMMO 37.5" error after he washed it at the local car wash. He ended up stranded but walking distance from home, so left his bike chained up to a lamp post. I was out at the time so missed his call, but he managed to override the IMMO by using the 5-digit code entry method and get it home the next morning. Later on his bike had dried out, so it would start fine off the key without any problems.
Typically, I then washed mine that day and got an "IMMO 37.1" error on mine! I checked the antenna around the ignition but it was fine. The override code worked on mine, so it wasn't a problem. I left it in the garage overnight and it starts fine on the key today.
The moral of the story is:
1. try not to wash your bike!
2. make sure you know your override code!
