broken neck? neither... mucking about in a swimmming pool. nasty business.

I'm 42, been riding for 31 years and although I've ended up in hospital eight or nine times it was all dirt bikes. Never been down the road, but I'm looking to do my first trackday so there's a first time for everything.

I'm 37 been riding 24 years.. Raced shoolboy motorcross 125 for 2 painful years then 1 year on a 250.. like you many trips to the hospital, hitting
cars hurts the most so try an avoid those.. 2 so far for me..
as for track days you'll love it, but my advice is get yourself a cheap track bike you will never push your pride and joy to its limits and they cost more to repair than dirt bikes.. great buzz being on track
