correct, but check out the 620 against 750 ,both have the same stroke.
You would need to fit 620 heads though to keep the valve sizes the same

Dont forget that big brother is always listening! The rules have been drawn to ensure as level a playing field as we can make it.

Modifications not in the spirit of the series could well find themselves the subject of ammendment and thereby exclusion from race results.

chris

not that i'm going to be doing too much to mine, but surely any modifications done within the rules are ok? i for one would not be happy spending my cash doing a mod as per the rules and then finding myself excluded because it wasnt 'in the spirit of the series'

an example: say someone decides to chuck loads of cash at their bike in terms of carbon/magnesium/titanium etc to get it bang on the minimum weight when others cant get near it?

just playing devils advocate here but i dont think rules changes mid season are an option.

Boys, it is all about being sensible, carbon wheels done up as original would be illegal under the existing ruls.

As if your ride is going to have any problems staying ahead of the pack.

So what did you think of the "naked chicken"?

Id love to get my teeth around playing with the rules.
Std ducati swing arms must be used......does that mean you could fit a 99* single sided ?
Std Ducati wheels. so then 998r light weight marchesinis? with the 999r discs and radial calipers?
