Translogic Micro Dash 2

Has anybodyany experience of this dash system (good or bad) or others come to that ? I'm upgrading my dash and I was thinking of a translogic system but thought I'd ask the question 1st.
cheers

Pretty good, especially for the money. You'll need a speedo pick up as well though. Really well made and very "presentable". The body is CNC's alloy.
Only thing it doesn't have that a customer brought up was a trip reading. It's mileage only.
You'd need to sort a few idiot lights out for main beam, indicators etc. but a few LED's would sort that problem.
The latest version has an oil pressure warning on the dash now, which was one of the earlier pitfalls.
I'm certainly thinkin of one for my own bike.

Couple of peeps on here have put them on.

Gary (Whele) fitted one to his SPS and got it working OK. It looked the business when on the bike...did exactly what it said on the tin!

I think also Yeti was thinking about one and how to fit it, along with Cmoss...might be worth dropping them all a U2U.

I know this as I'm also looking at them and would love one...if the finances allow

Got one o dem

I had one installed on my bike:

http://www.ducatisportingclub.com/xm...3&pid=248 711

It looks really trick as well as having a lap timer push button handlebar thingie. Nice blue glow when lit up (like the VW interiors) and you can also attach a quick shifter with it. Ideal for a track bike and perhaps less relevant for the road but I think they are continuously updating their products so that they are more useful for the road rider.

Best regards

simon

Hi Guys, Had mine fitted noe for about 12 months. Originally ordered last year at NEC, but only arrived in January. Quiet easy to fit, make sure you pick a good place for the optional speed sensor. The only thing I would say its missing is an RPM indication on the LCD display, the graph goes up and down but you dont know what rpm you are doing. Yes it has a shift light but would have liked an indication.
On mine every now and again the shift lights will flash for no reason no where near the shift position ?
Spoke to Harris at this years show and they said not heard of any problems and would send it back for checking, but to be honest not that big of a deal. All the wiring has been checked out and all ok. So will live with it.
If I can help in any way just drop me a mail or U2U

stack, mmmm very nice - it would work out at around £250 more expensive than the translogic system & that's coz I'd want a Q/shifter as well !! could be an option, now I just need to find a friend in the States willing to send me one as a Chrimbo present so I avoid the import duty !! if I can't do that then it becomes a tad steep...
cheers

Neil
