Phil,

Well done mate, we BHC'ers were cheering for you all season and I feel really, really chuffed about your result especially as I remember you doubting whether you would be in the top ten!

Excellent consistent results are not easy to come by, and consistency is not all about luck it's about keeping a cool head judgement...Oh, and you're bloody quick as well !!!

Fil, your now how proud we in Team F3 are of all that you have achieved this year in DD. You started of the session at Cadwell with the bike you brought through to 3rd place in the championship on ,which is a pretty much basic 583 SS with BB kit. Rode as smooth as a bucket of frogs, kept it on the black stuff, had a positive mind , and a plan that worked . In my mind that was all that Desmo Duo, as a novice rider from the club was all about. I see now that you will have set a standard for any new novice rider entering into DD next year, as much chance of doing well as the next person , you certainly proved that good racing can be done on a tight budget . Lets hope that a few ground rules are made to keep both 620 and 583 machines on a more competitive level. I would also like to thank Kelly for just being Kelly and being the other half of the support team I reckon we're both fitter now after running back and forth from track side We've had a great time and shared all of it with with some really genuine people . 4D
