Do we get confirmation of the booking closer to the event with details or only the automated receipt of payment?
What time do people usually get there on the Sunday evening?

No details just be sure to be there to sign on between 07.30 and 08.00 Monday, Sunday evening some guys start rolling in around 17.00 onwards

Getting a bit hacked off now. Renewed my membership on the day it ran out, can't book as a DSC-member as my roundel has vanished and I'm going on holiday tomorrow.

I WILL be there on track................

Hello

I hope to be travelling up to Cadwell on Sunday, I guess leave Whitton about 2-3pm to get there for about 6-7pm.
I understand as last time I was there other events will finishing off so getting into Cadwell and finding a camping
spot MAY be a bit difficult, (if you arrive too early), but as I am in no hurry on Sunday I cannot see this being
a problem and most people have left by about 7pm. I will be pitching a tent for both days and look
forward to the track walks. Hope to see you there. as it should be an enjoyable few days.

Do we get guided walks? Are they similar to the guided wildlife walks in the countryside but pointing out all the dead wildlife that didn't make it across the track?

Yes, there will be a guided walk conducted by me on Sunday night around 7.30 I guess. I will be highlighting points of local interest, florabunda, rock formations and the natural wildlife that cohabits with the overfatius motorcyliest of the species, a noisy little blighter, restricted in these parts, generally red plumage but tends only to show itself when warm and dry.
