fuel tank removal
can anyone tell me if the fuel connections on my 999 are the sort that seal once you disconnect them?

ie if you pull them out, the fuel wont come out the tank?

If you pull off the fuel pipes from the pump be careful because the fuel is still under pressure and you will get a face full of petrol like I did-not recommended, but once disconnected no petrol comes out, unless you switch on the ignition with the wiring to the pump still connected Hope this helps
