Anyone bought carbon off this guy?

The stuff is probably carbon fibre/glass fibre but the prices realy suit my pocket. Are there any issues with using this kind of stuff?
Thanks
G

Shouldn't think you'd have issues with a cosmetic bit like a sprocket cover

I agree with the above comments. Nobody will look too closely at a sprocket cover and at this price, well, it would be rude not to buy it.

The sellers feedback is over 99% and they are a Power Seller so you shouldn't have any problems. Use Paypal as it doesn't cost you anything and if you do have a problem they have a brilliant dispute resolution team.

Thanks Ace, I emailed him after your and others comments and this was his reply.

hi there
the pieces i make are genuine carbon fibre but are backed in fibregalss.
i try to use a decent quality backing whenever i can and even sometimes use carbon fibre itself.
its a hand lay up and not the motre expensive vac bagged or autoclaved version.
is it ok for you?

From this he is doing me a sprocket cover, 2 sets of heel guards along with the exhaust shield. the lot £74 posted.
I'll report back on quality when I get them in case anyone else, like me, is on a strict budget.
