To their credit Spareshack posted a set of hoses out to me yesterday. Took the top yoke off and took the opportunity to polish it up at the same time. Now I'm just waiting for the postman...

They made the difference between keeping the 748 or selling it.

They made all the difference

Just get out and do it !!

Once you have the top yoke off you are 30% done anyway ...

But do fiddle with the up and down / fore and aft settings. evetually it will feel right.

The bar end sthey supply stick out for miles ... cut them down.

As has been said made the difference between keeping and selling

All done and dusted. Didn't have time to fit the hoses yesterday. Top yoke back in situ all bolts etc tightened up. Very pleased with the outcome. Theres obviously a lot of thought gone into the design and engineering of them.

Zhed44 - get them fitted, it wouldn't make sense to sell them on without using them in anycase as you'll suffer a loss anyway. Once you've fitted them you won't want to sell. Providing you follow the instructions and the useful tips posted on here you can't go wrong. Oh and you will need a rubber mallet both for taking the yoke off and putting it back on! - top tip M1keyp.

Thanks to all.
