Bar ends

Does anybody know how the standard bar ends can be removed. Do they unscrew, prise out or is there a secret fixing?

Thanks

Thanks Kev, prised them out.
Picked up a billot set yesterday at the show. They have an Allen key in the end which tightens them. On the throttle side when you tighten the screw it tightens the throttle. Anybody come across this or have I gone too far with the bling?

Probably because it's too tight against the grip, stopping it from rotating back?

You might need to undo the screws in the throttle and slide the throttle closer inwards, up the bar. Once you've got a little bit of bar at the end, try your new bar ends again.

Probably just needs a good fiddle!
