Chain and Sprockets

This topic has almost certainly been discussed before.

I want to know the general opinion on sprocket sizes for my 748S. Standard is 14/38 and I would like a little more drive. What would be the best combination based on experience? Is it good procedure to replace all sprockets and chain at the same time? Any particular make that would be better in this case and where would be good to buy from?

as a start. Lots of other advice here too if you do a search.
Tsubaki are pretty popular. Bought mine from B&C express, no fuss and good service. However there are plenty of other makes and suppliers to choose from too. Someone else will likley be along to help further.
