Key Choob

http://www.hangar111.com/Shop/Limite...heKeyChoob.htm

That should sort out any Datatool/steering damper incidents.

Ive had some problems recently where I havent done up pocket zips. I have lost a mobile phone and a pair of Ducati Oakley Valves! I dont really fancy losing any more items so this should keep the alarm fob where it should be!!

My key and alarm fob are cable-tied tight together. There's no movement between them, so the fob doesn't flab about or touch the tank at all.

My alarm fob goes on a lanyard round my neck, mainly because my leathers don't have pockets!

If you are worried about cost then why ride a Duke? Anyway for the grand equivalent of a packet of snouts, the choob arrived on Saturday and I have had no fob chewing by the damper. I am happy.

Just one less bottle of Lindemanns Bin 50 for me this week. You are right £5.49 for a bit of stretch wet suit material is a bit much, but in comparison, when I got my new 10w bulbs for my Ducati Performance indicators (The 4w bulbs blinked too quickly) I was charged over £10 for for 4 tiny bulbs! All relative at the end of the day. I don't smoke and don't have kids and thought Id share the link such that others may avoid getting their fob caught up. I dont expect recommendations to be taken up by everybody.
