Without wanting to offend Nelly, who's service, humour and hospitality has been second to none,i used Ducati John's(John Cellier-www.ducati-john.co.uk) services when My SP5 had it's little fire. His commitment, quality of work and dedication were superb.I can highly reccomend him.

Good grief are wobbling brea5t5 allowed

There is also:
John Warrington 01653698258, Malton - but he was very busy when I last tried to use his services so still not tried him personally.

John Cellier (Ducati-John) seems very good and I believe he also has an ST that customers might be able to borrow while servicing etc is on-going.

Here is an interesting write-up from John he sent me a while back:

Yeah he emiled me that 2. The bit about the rag in the engine isnt good though is it. I ended up going to Ducati Leeds and i think that the service was really good. I even got a free part worn rear tyre in for free from Jane in the service dept ( Nice person )

They even paid for a couple of rockers for my bike even though they didnt have too.

On Topic of recommended dealers, judging by the number of positive (and sometimes negative) comments in this thread I'd expected to see a bit more feedback in the dealer ratings table.
How do you vote for a dealer?

Nelly!!!!, Shame on you voting for yourself!!!

Non-libellous comments on dealers would be appreciated (affi davits would probably suffice for some of the less recommended dealers methinks)

Had to be done!! I'd never had a problem with my bike after looking after it and it put me in first place for 10 votes

Service

Well after much delay I have had the bike serviced. I took Jasper's recommendation and let John Cellier at Rothwell do the work. (he's only 4 junctions away from me on the M62).

I would have no hesitation in also endorsing John's service.

John's web site is at

www.ducati-john.co.uk

John Warrington is the only bloke that i would trust with my little Monster!! He is very busy, give him a bell though on 01653 698258. Straight talking, if he laughs when you ask him if he can fit you in, then he's busy !!!!!!! ....... Yorkie.
