Update from OULTON 2nd Aug.

Several DSC'rs are doing a no limits day there in the monsoon.

Amongst them is Azzy. His neighbour Roy with Azzys old R1 came along for his first ever track day.

Now Roy is a complete nutter of the first order and we were all taking bets on how long before he binned it.

Roy exceeded all of our wildest expectations and binned it on the first lap (after the initial sighting laps with the instructors) of the day.

If you knew Roy you'd know nothing surprises you!

Fortunately he's OK and the bike has been kicked straight so the next bets are on at what stage this afternoon does he do it again.

Believe me, he's criminally insane/stupid/mad, so it'll be a miracle if he survives.

My bet is on 3rd session of the afternoon.

BTW Roy won't be remotely bothered about this post.

When i spoke to him, he just laughed, said "at least its on video and you'd be proud of me."

Another Roy story, he just bought the R1 a few years ago and was in the pub with his brother and mates. Roy left the pub and binned it pulling a wheelie.

Someone rushed in and told his brother that Roy was lying in the middle of the road worse for wear.

His brother replied "F e c k him the stupid ******, i warned him, but he never listens" and stayed in the pub.

So we're saying RedMist is responsible? Was he even at the trackday?
