yeah, sorry to hear about your injuries not good.
I damaged ligaments + muscle in my shoulder on a mountain bike and after 7 weeks it still isnt right! can't train properly and have only just started riding the bike again in the last couple of weeks.
it will get something like in time i keep saying to myself!

Chris

I`m not a sporting person at all but fully sympathise with you, try and look on the bright side in that after you have had surgery its all uphill and things can only get better and you have getting back on a bike to look forward to.
I was laid up for several months a trapped nerve on my left side that has left me with no reflex action in my leg but you learn to adapt and get round these problems with determination.

Best of luck mate.

good news -plaster off now
bad news--can't work (let alone ride)
had a shock i thought i would be able to walk away and jump on bike when plaster came off..
can hardly move foot/ankle and still dependent on crunches.
hope there is still a bit of summer left for me to ride in !!!!!!!!!!

hindsite kept 900ssie til fixed then bought 999bip for same money as my 03 999bip but would have got the then "s" spec..

back on bike for the first time last night..
had a test ride earlier (still need cruches to walk) hardest part is putting all my weight on "dodgy" foot to get on and off the bike.
once on great !!!!
went to Paignton bike night with mate (mille r).
once there assembled cruches and of we went.

riding was a bit rossi like (hanging left foot gear changes--not speed !!)

just got to clean all the wildlife of now !!

:P:P
