So they are saying the £6k asking price doesn't include a £350+ service...so you have to ask yourself and find out if a 2003 bike is worth that much?

I don't know, but I would have thought you could find better?

Dont forget the registration age may differ from the model year!

Then there is the warranty thing...........with respect the dealer selling the one your looking at is merely an advertising space...for which they will charge the seller. They are not ducati specialists, dont understand the complexities of ducati.....and theres no warranty.

Its not a case of not looking good...it just looks OK, and I think at the moment with people really really struggling to sell bikes privately, you should not buy from a dealer...and hunt around for a privare sale bargain, as they are out there to be had.

The fact that the dealer is selling it immediately adds 10% no matter what they say.

They are not a Ducati 'specialist' so what use is the warrenty to a degree, if anything goes wrong with it, it may take forever and a day for them to sort it.

I just think you could do better!

it was the extras that attracted me because i would certainly buy an open exhaust and they cost around a £1000 for termis don't they?
