I bought one of the Casoli "copy" ones (based on the Ducati one) and found it to be brilliant. The one on the RSV-R is a joke by comparison. Absolutely no reverse-torque effect even on hamfisted downshifts on a wet track.
I'm selling the bike now, so its for sale (only used in two race meetings) for £300 if you're interested.
Chillo That one is a twelve tooth. You will need new plates as well also be prepared to buy new alloy basket every couple of track days. 48 tooth is better. also if you have Bucci or STM go for the six post. Evo can't be adjusted.
Jon, are you really replacing your clutch basket every other trackday??? I have a 12 tooth like Chillo just bought and with using the wide tooth ally plates, it's lasted over a year!!!
picked up the clutch and had a chat with Andrea who says he might be able to do a discount if a few were ordered in in one go. It seems like a nice piece of kit, well machined. Supposed to be made bt either bucci or STM. As it is a 12t type you just use your standard plates and it is of the 6 post type. Hope to have it fitted tomorrow so will let you know what i think then.
