Goofy, I too live in the land where if you buy a bike you pay for three.

I will be going to see them in a few weeks. So if you need any help or need anything collecting then more than happy to help. I just hope now that they have my bits!!

Have just got my frontfender from Casoli with UPS - Great Stuff - Nice paintwork.
Also evidence included that Royal Mail has returned package sent on 11th. february because it was 3cm too big, so not all Casoli“s fault. Dave from Casoli called me just now and was very sorry about the hole thing and explaining what has gone wrong from I placed my order in December 2004 and until now, agreed that information to me could be better and more precise. No bad fiellings from boths of us, and thats -
End of story...

Mood: Sort of shuffling along .....
Whenever I have had something sent by Casoli , it is always the post / courier / customs fault.

Interestingly last time they slipped up and admitted they had only "sent it out yesterday" and then two weeks later "sorry , it's not in stock".

I can well believe that direct shopping with them is a joy ... but I wouldn't use them for on-line /postal stuff ....

Try www.spareshack.com next time

I poped into casoli today to get some bits for my bike and I mentioned to dave about your post. He actually showed me the paperwork and indeed the package was oversized by 3mm, a mistake by the post office.
It was then sent to belfast, so no wonder you had a delay.
Your mudguard cost about £150.00 casoli paid around £70.00 in delivery costs through no fault of thier own so I would say thats more than good service. Ime sure your happy with the product all there products are of the highest quality

Regards

Wosser
