variation ? backwards & purely aesthetic step morelike !! LOL

wonder if the 1098/1198 R (being a proper R bike - LOL) will be 1198cc & have a proper dual sided schhhwinger ?

function over fashion every time IMHO !

Is it just me, or does the ever-thinner-spoke design scare the bejesus out of anyone else??? Every time I see a new wheel the spokes seem to have got thinner and the point connecting the spokes to the rim seem oh-so-fragile.... Not so sure I'd feel confident about putting 200-odd-bhp through them!
