Lanzi could well come good next season if his confidence came back. He has suffered with the pressure / father passing away etc this season. Although i dare say Tardozzi being his manager has helped him to get another year too! Everyone deserves a second chance i seem to remember Hodgson being pretty useless during his first spell on the works Ducati and he turned out ok!

Yeah I read that today!

I dunno about that though, I can't see why he'd be too concerned about it. He wasn't too worried about having Loris Capirossi as a teammate!

look what happened to toseland. won it, had a dodgy year, got dumped, this year came second. they're a fickle bunch at ducati.

Maybe Lanzi's got the right passport, can't think of any other reason.

The phrase 'he wasn't at the races' sums this years performance up nicely
