DPP slipper plate is 115mm internal diameter i'd think the 749R would need to be the same as the basket will be same tooth outside diameter.

thanks, it is 115mm dia inside of teeth, but I need to know what the diam is on the 749R one without the teeth so I can machine them off

DP don't do a pressure plate for the 749R
so this is the only option

"AndyB - you n your 'proper clutches' LOL
like my modded one at the mo
seems to work well with my new Corsa IIIs"

what was it you were saying about roundabouts ?

the 749R should be the same, the teeth are on the basket and the basket is the same between bikes cos the clutch plates fit between bikes. So, if the DPP slipper has clearance from the basket teeth the same machined out diameter will work on any slipper pressure plate as it has to clear the same teeth, if you get my drift....

if that ain't enough try measuring across the teeth on your final steel plate, and leave a little clearance, if its close to 115 I'd probably go with that
