I've also received the recall papers ( twice ! ) and was going to book into Ducati Aylesbury when it gets a bit warmer. The bikes not being used much at the moment so I don't see much urgency in getting it fixed until it's convenient to me.

Perhaps it would be better to get the work done at JHP - further to travel but (perhaps) more reliable?

Just to clarify:

We ordered the warranty recall parts as soon as we heard about the recall. As yet, no Ducati dealers have the recall parts. This was confirmed for us today by Ducati UK.
With regard to the panel, there has been an error on our behalf, which is why I offered a free collection and delivery service when the warranty parts and the panel arrive. I was unavoidably absent from work the previous day unfortunately, as I had a note in my diary to phone regarding the lack of parts, to avoid your inconvenience.
There will be no need to insist on a van collection, as soon as the warranty parts arrive, we will be in touch to arrange collection and I will post on this thread.

I hope this goes some way to assuaging your disatisfaction.

er.....think you should be talking directly to Senna3 rather than through this board ?

Then it's up to him if he puts your comments on here....

Must say, I'd have been livid too.

We like to be open about these things.

Also thought it might be useful for everyone on here to know the situation regarding the warranty recall parts situation.
