Mega fan or mixed up loon? etc

Was down at the local bike haunt tonight with junior when I saw one those sights that had me kicking myself for not having any sort of camera on me.

No, I hadn't just had a quadruple double whiskey in my milky coffee.
the sight being................

A Yamaha R1 in a Rossi Ducati MotoGP bike replica colour scheme Complete with Ducati logos.

We saw the bike leave, rider in Rossi Ducati replica leathers

Is this one mixed up dude or a real die hard Rossi fan?

At least he can sort out his bike livery crisis for 2013 when he'll have the correct make of bike again for his Rossi rep obsession

Saw andf heard a brand fire new Panigale triclore, putting aside the lack of clutch clatter is it just me of do these new fangled bikes not have the "correct" Ducati exhaust note.
