I ordered some stuff from Pro Twins in Surrey about 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for some of the parts (piston rings & intake valve). Anyone else suffering these ridiculous delays ordering stuff from Ducati over summer?? I hear they all but close up for August but this is getting feckin crazy. I've had my bike on the road for all of 3 weeks since last October and winter is once again approaching...8(

Yep. I've been waiting on some parts for quite a while to. The factory shuts down for August and it seems to knock on for a few weeks before everything gets moving again.

Aside to that, what are the parts for? I have some 900 rings I think??
Mail me if they'd help.

Yeah, for a 900 (92). Unfortunately the parts are already paid for. I wish I'd shopped around now to see who had what in stock. That'll teach me ! Thanks anyway.

No worries. If it gets "silly" though, I have 3 sets ;)

Assuming I don't see the parts this side of March 2005, the old girl won't be requiring any WD40 - she's currently warm, dry and naked in my living room (tank drained and in the cellar mind you). Fortunately, my carpet tax is still valid.
