Ducati mini moto ?

Does anyone know ( if it is not Ducati themselves ) who makes the proper Ducati mini motos that are proper tools with liquid cooling and top spec.
I have seen the cheap crap and the various copies but cannot find any info on the proper bikes.
Any Ideas ?

I think it may be Pollini that makes the pukka Ducati - looks the dogs danglies too!
