translation websites

I need to translate some german ebay seller details etc into english.
Anyone know of a websites that will do this, don't reall fancy doing one word at a time.

the one I use is http://world.altavista.com
limited to 150 words at a time and doesn't compensate for spelling mistakes.

yep - you can throw the whole webpage url into babel-fish........just dont take the translations a gospel !!!!!
