Is anyone here, or does anyone know of a friendly chartered surveyor I could contact for some advice?

Thanks in advance

Try Michael - Lizzie's other half - he's an architect but he may be able to help. I'm sure a u2u to Lizzie will point you in the right direction Tim.

Buying Sussex now Rattler?

Or are the pheasants getting out of line?

If the latter, I'm sure you can afford to hire the SAS...
