On my way to cardiff yesterday, I dropped into JHP (as you do) browze and a chat and walked out with a signed order for a red 749S Mono for March delivery. Sorry peeps but I'm a bit excited. Think I'll go and lie down.:frog::frog::frog::frog:

Michael,
I got mine at the beginning of November one of the last available off the first run i believe, Placed my order on the Sunday, it was in the dealers on the following Friday….how lucky is that !

Impressions so far, well as it’s my first duke I can’t really say how it is in comparison to the 04 model. I had previously had a CBR 600rr, to say the rr topped the 600 class in 04 then having ridden the duke I find the handling far superior to the Honda even with new tires in the cold the bike just gives bags of confidence, I ve still not done the 600 mile running in though and can’t wait till the spring comes.
