Injuries for athletes

Don't ever break a metatarsal!!!! :o:o:o It's bloody painful..........athletes such as Beckham, Rooney and I suffer in silence.

ps...............I was stone cold sober when I broke it :(

did it about 12 years ago!!

I have done all sorts of sports that tv class as 'dangerous' or 'extreme' and i did mine playing netball :lol:

Tbh the damaged ligaments were far more painful :(

Metacarpals, and metatarsals are easly mixed up (Fingers and toes).........

Just remember t for toes.....
