Anyone know of an online resource for DP parts for 748R ?

I was just looking at the ducati.com site. It mentions a full colour catalogue available by model ..

Hi mate, funny you should say that as i've just put mine down!

I also would be interested in an online source. I guess i could photo copy my one and send to you? but in todays age of technology I cant believe that their isnt a pdf somewhere.

The brochure is good for identifying part numbers, I do my sourcing from these.

Im after a set of air tubes next if you know of any.

Give me a shout on the photocopy offer.

Mark

What's wrong with downloading them off the website?

I cant seem to find a carbon catalogue for 748/916/996/998 - lots for 749/999

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance

Nothing Antony, Like you I know they are there as some one once informed me. It does impress me the amount of information that is accessable off the Factory website, far more info available than I have ever found on the Jap manufacturers site, which is sometimes the problem people get use to the Japanese way of doing things and don't realise Ducati do things a bit differently.

antonye,

That wouldn't appear to go any further back than 2003 ..

cash,

I did check a couple of road test reports out online, nothing particularly enlightening though ...

There's a bit of info on the 'cati site. manuals etc but as far as I'm aware no DP shizzle.

Lookin forward to seeing those pics amigo!

Cheers guys, not sure how I feel about the 'superbike classic' title, I guess it's ok but makes 6/8 range seem very olf indeed!

Thanks for the email smilo006, cheers bud.

That's because all the part numbers from earlier catalogues have been superceeded, so there's no point in looking at them unless it's from an interest point of view.

I've got a couple here I will try to upload....

The range of bits you can get from the DP catalogue for 748/916-998 bikes is shrinking.

Quite a few bits less in this years catalogue compared to last years.

There are plenty of aftermarket suppliers willing and able to fill the gaps though.

Ray.

Ahhh that expains it, I have a v piece that has part number 18088 on the product and an older catalogue but different on the new.

Thanks for that.

Original files were 5Mb each, so not a bad compression job really!
