been trying to set up an account, and it wont work!!!!!!!!! Can somebody help?? Have had the email and verified, but wont let me past selecyting the security quetsions. There is a blamk field above the quetsions in yellow but I doint have a clue what fgoes in there - no instructions on the mail from paypal I can see. Any ideas??

Need to pay for some stuff. Only other option is, does anyone have an account I can use and pay you?

Sometimes their site goes down, try again in a few hours and it might work. Happend to me once.

Paul, I had the same problem.

Turned out that I had a security setting that was blocking PayPal.

Tools > Internet options > Privacy > Edit
then set PayPal on the list to "always allow"

Worked for me anyhow. But give me a bell if you're stuck and I'll talk you through, or lend you my account!

done all that Nick.....just found an email ID at the bottom which seems to have done the trick, crap instructions tho!
