Its an animated gif, you need something like Paintshop Pro animation shop to create it. Or even better just nick it off another web site!

I tell you what, Albie, I love that picture of you in front of the large photo at the museum. That is an absolutely classic photograph. It speaks volumes.
Gets my vote for best Avatar for ... 22.38 Sunday 6th February 2005 ... without question.
Obviously, I'm fickle. I might change my mind!:devil:

Don't get too carried away with animated GIFs - remember there are still a number of website users who are not on broadband and an animated GIF file of 89K takes a while to download compared to a static GIF of 2K (Rattler and Uncle Porry - just used as an example :) ).
In the past we have tried to monitor and keep avatars below 20K, if we get many complaints about download speed, we may be sending round a few U2U requests!

Mmmmmm...I have to say when I first joined, my animated gif was requested to be removed which I duly did.
I only have one now because EVERY one seems to have one!!!:P
Not that I am in any way bitter....;)
