First off in about five years.

Fine weather. Out for a high speed ride with a mate through the local countryside. Got some good knee down footage with mates camera. Back into town, knee down around local roundabout.......

With cow **** on it.

Lost the front and some how managed to avoid damage to tank, ducktail, upper faring etc. Probably because I was lying under the bike the whole time. So I'm rather sore

Moral of the story .......

Don't show off in front of mates

Holy *****e .. can't you claim against the local council or something? Take some photo's of the offending excrement etc?

Gutted for you!

Hope you're ok, as for the leathers. A cow from the farmer ought to provide enough leather for repairs!

Sorry to hear of your off.
The bar end plugs are about 60p from your ducati dealer.
There is a guy selling pattern levers on ebay for £14.99.(cant remember the name at the mo.)
Ebay is a good source for most of the other stuff too.Maybe you could try Skidlids mate reservoir cogs?

Thank mate I'll keep my eyes open. I've just been giving the bike a good going over and they, amazingly, are the only parts damaged.

My local Ducati dealer is about 400 miles away and has to fax my list of parts to OZ for prices etc. The entire Ducati network in NZ wouldn't even be the size of a averaged sized dealer in the UK

New Zealand....

There are usually loads of spares on Ebay in the UK, no idea if it's the same there, or if people in the UK would ship to you, I'd say most if not all of what you're after is on Ebay
