No this is an attempt to steal your account details.
Do not ever follow a link in a email and then enter account details!!!!!!

I've never been approached by Paypal to do such things.

Mav...I'd forward the email on to Paypal for their info.
I get two or three emails a week purporting to be from banks etc asking you to click a linkto update your security.
Yet more scam artists!

Er indoors had this sent to her just before Christmas, she contacted EBay direct they tod her to let them have as much info on it as possible then delete it from the records... there are conmen everywhere be careful everyone
