IS this a good deal?

I need a biposto seat unit, pref complete. Somone has offered me a supposedly brand new one from a 996, complete with lights, wiring, lockdown etc. Ready to fit. Haven't seen it yet though.
He says he'd accept £170 after advertising it for £250.
Good deal or bad?
Theres one on Ebay for £30 at the moment, but doesnt appear to have lights etc.

sounds good to me.Lights are £40+.Seat pads another £70.

Check what any breakers are asking for the same part. Up to twice as much in my experience. They do take the **** sometimes. I paid £150 for a second hand single seat unit from someone on this website. Biposto seats are generally cheaper and more numerous than monos. I don't think you're being seen off but shopping around pays results.
Any help or more undecided??
