Well my scratch will soon be itched:D just had a call from the man himself(Carl harrison M/Cs,I know it`s late, but that`s the kind of dedication the man has!)and he`s hoping to deliver mine back this Friday, just waiting on a new clutch hose.
So I`d thought I`d list the work so far.........

Powdercoated white wheels(He stripped the wheels and replaced all bearings:o )

Exhaust system fully polished:smug:

New headstock bearings.

New front fork seals and bushes, then fitted with Hyperpro springs and oil.

Rebuilt rearshock, fitted with Hyperpro spring(powder coated yellow)

Rear suspension hoop powder coated yellow

Full engine service, belts, valves, everything, alternator and clutch off,the lot!

All fastners re-plated(in the original colour, better finish thou;) (including wheel spindles and rear shock lock rings:o:D )

Front fork bottoms cleaned and semi-polished.

New renthal grips

Carbon front hugger:D

Still have main carbon fairing panels to paint, but money has run out:(

No photos yet, hope to have some for the weekend:saint:

Graham, if you're out on a BHC rideout, tax and MOT are the least of your problems

Crikey, I only did two full turns out on my adjusters and the bike now turns very nicely indeed. This would be interesting to go this far out, if anyone does let me know what you think...
