Well Moreton Bay is the bay that serves as the mouth of the Brisbane river. Moreton Bay Bugs are a similar to a lobster but IMO more flavoursome. I made this dish for my wife and it is GORGEOUS!!
I'll see if I can dig up a photo ...

Oh yes, that would be sensational!
Might try it without the cheese but instead have a little bit of lemon juice over the top and some cracked pepper as well :eureka:

Bugs on the BBC website as number 11 on the 50 things to eat before you die ---> here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/tv_and_radio/50eats15.shtml)
starter - parma ham and melon
main - mums lasagne
dessert - whichever lucky lady has been invited to dinner ...
midnight post dessert*/ half time* snack - donuts
*delete as appropriate.
:saint:
Starter. Rolladin (its a German dish-main course actually)
Main. Full Thai Banquet (so you get loads of variety)
Desert. Sausage, bacon, egg, beans, black pudding, tomatoes and chips, with salad.
I know thats 3 main courses, but if i was going to be stuck with the same food for everymore, i'd do without the starter and desert, have 3 different main courses, so i really could alternate on a 3 day cycle. Cheating maybe, but creative use of the same food everyday
